WHAT WE ARE

Bamari Event Planning is an LLC owned and operated by John & Abbigail Adkins. Bamari Event Planning is registered as an LLC under the Secretary of State for Mississippi and is legally able to operate in the state of Mississippi. All official clients of Bamari Event Planning have been made aware of all policies and procedures that the company abides by and are under a contractual agreement to abide by all statements set forth in the agreement signed by both the client and Bamari Event Planning.

OUR COMMITMENT

Bamari Event Planning is committed to delivering exceptional service through the planning, coordination, design, and implementation of all aspects agreed upon by the provided event planner who is a official employee of Bamari Event Planning and the client who has reached out to Bamari Event Planning and requested their services in exchange for monetary value.

Legal Contracts

Bamari Event Planning and the client shall enter into a legally binding contract upon the decision to move forward with the curation or full consultation of an event. Before this moment the only transactions that have taken place involve the payment for initial consultations which the client has paid in full or is in the process of paying in full. The contract shall outline all agreements that the client and Bamari Event Planning are entering into, including but not limited to all the Terms and Conditions as laid out here. Services will not be provided to the client by Bamari Event Planning until a contract has been agreed upon and signed by both the client and Bamari Event Planning.

3rd Parties and Vendors

Bamari Event Planning may choose to offer a 3rd party or vendor as a potential option for their event. These 3rd parties or vendors will not be officially hired until the client has given express permission to Bamari Event Planning to do so. The client also agrees to abide by and take on all policies and fees (including cancellation policies and fees) that a 3rd party or vendor may have in place.

Our Financial agreement

Bamari Event Planning is committed to delivering their exceptional service at the best price available and will always be transparent to their official clients regarding financials. All budgets set by the client will have been fully discussed between the official client and the event planner provided by Bamari Event Planning. All budgets that have been decided upon between the two involved parties will be delivered in full or in previously agreed upon payments to the official and secure Bamari Event Planning PayPal account. The PayPal account to which such deposits should be made will be provided to the client. All payments to 3rd party vendors shall be approved by the client before being made official unless otherwise agreed upon.

All fees are to be paid in full by the client. The minimum payment due to book any planning packages is 1/3 of the full quoted amount. This deposit is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by Bamari Event Planning. The minimum payment due to book any rentals is 1/2 of the full quoted amount. This deposit is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by Bamari Event Planning. Additional payments are outlined in the contract & are due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. All invoices & payments due will be received via email.

Cancellation

Should the client choose to cancel their event and agreement 10 days or less from the time it is scheduled the client agrees to pay 50% of the original agreed upon payment to Bamari Event Planning in addition to any and all cancellation fees required by 3rd parties or vendors.

Should the client choose to cancel their event and agreement 30 days or less from the time it is scheduled the client agrees to pay 1/3 of the original agreed upon payment to Bamari Event Planning in addition to any and all cancellation fees required by 3rd parties or vendors.
